Check-in Circles
Start each meeting with a check-in circle where everyone shares their current mood or a brief highlight of their day.
Topic Discussions
Facilitate discussions on topics like stress management, gratitude, friendship, or self-esteem.
Storytelling
Encourage members to share personal stories, either real or fictional, that relate to emotional experiences.
Journaling
Dedicate time for journaling, where members can express their thoughts and feelings privately.

Awareness Campaign to Schools

The Heartrose team visits secondary schools across Lagos with awareness campaigns introducing the Heartrose Care Club.
